This is my last submission for the Abstraction theme. I’m finishing the week off with a very minimalist composition; its just solid color with a simple break.

I have to admit, Theme Week #1 was really difficult to create content for. I spent a lot of my time thinking and finding things to abstract. And when I did find something, I would have to take the time to study the area to obtain the best composition… Maybe I’ll move the camera a bit this way, and a bit more that way…. OH GOD NO NOT THERE.

But that’s the whole point of this 365 project! You always have to keep pushing and you always have to prevent yourself from getting comfortable and settling –settling is an artists curse!

Starting tomorrow, I’ll be on the regularly scheduled ‘pantsing program! Will and I would also love to know what are your thoughts with theme week #1?
